About Fergus Properties
Fergus Properties was owned and run by Mr Lawrence Murdoch.
Fergus Properties has been operating its Estate Agency Service in Carrickfergus since 1976. A rich history in the area, the company initially commenced trading as Fergus Property Sales but changed its name to reflect the variety of services it presently offers including building, planning development and its expertise in the rental market.
The company was owned and run by Mr Lawrence Murdoch whose passion for the estate agency service was evident from a young age having been involved in the business since 1961. Lawrence is renowned for his dedication to the service and his knowledge of the property market.
Since September 2022, Mr Murdoch has taken a step back from the business and it has been taken over by Mr Jim Black MNAEA MARLA..
Jim is a Registered Estate Agent who is registered with the National Association of Estate Agents and Lettings Agents.
He is a fully qualified Estate Agent in Residential Sales and Lettings.
He has previous experience with Century 21 Estate Agents since 1993 to 2000 and then came back into the business with Fergus Properties since 2010.
